All of the SaaS Applications that are available to provision from within the Standard Identity Application can also be invoked directly from their Identity Management platform within their enterprise. For example, using Sun's Identity Manager you will be able to provision users into ZenDesk using the SPMLv2 protocol from Sun's IdM to the Gateway running at Standard Identity. The Gateway will then connect to ZenDesk using it's API to provision the users. No need to manage an adapter on premise. Just use the standard protocol directly from your Identity Management Platform. The connection is run over HTTPS with client and server authentication for a completely safe and secure provisioning solution.
